The Wheatsheaf Cabin Crew are a Salisbury based team at the cornerstone of grassroots rugby. The Wheatsheaf Cabin Crew are based in and around Salisbury.
Fueled by good food and Badger Ale, anyone can play and drink with the cabin crew. Our home ground is on Netherhampton Road, behind the Auction House just outside Harnham, and our club house is the Wheatsheaf Pub in Lower Woodford. 🚨 OFFICIAL CLUB STATEMENT 🚨
In light of recent events in the cricketing world… we’d like to reassure everyone that Wheatsheaf Cabin Crew RFC will not be introducing any mysterious clicking techniques this season. 😅
Our players remain fully committed to the time-honoured traditions of grassroots rugby:
🏉 Appealing for knock-ons from 20 metres away.
🏉 Shouting “He’s offside!” before the ball has even left the ruck.
🏉 Being absolutely convinced every opposition lineout was crooked.
🏉 Having all 15 players politely explain to the referee why they’ve got it wrong.
No hidden signals.
No clicky noises.
Just honest rugby banter… and the occasional optimistic appeal. 😉
