Clubbercise/Zumba/GFMfitness Fun and sweat. All evening and morning classes are at Central community centre. Hi my name is Penny, I'm Qualified Fitness instructor with ETM.

Licensed to teach Zumba, Z kids + Z Kids Jr+Z Step Boxercise, hiitstep Clubbercise. All fitness levels are very welcome, from legs , bums and tums to high impact classes which can be modified to help you achieve goal or just to meet new people.

I've been to gym and just finished breakfast as its only 10am.

She sure was 🌟glowing🌟last night doing her yearly warm up session for everyone prior to doing the Glow Walk 2026 to raise funds for Lindsey Lodge Hospice. Superstar😍
Massive well done 👏👏 to everyone who took part, my beautiful sister, niece and cousin who did the 10K too.
I shall be taking part in my first glow walk next September so will be putting a collection tin in the salon all year round to raise funds for this amazing cause. 🌻
