Don't forget your swimming hat at your next lesson! Just like our fantastic teacher Elijah, wearing your swim hat helps keep you safe in the water so we can identify ability and helps keep our pool clean. ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐

It's Drowning Prevention Week, and our theme this week is Water Safety. ๐
Throughout the week, we'll be helping our swimmers build important lifesaving skills and sharing simple tips that can help keep children safe in and around water.
Because learning to swim is about more than strokes...it's about confidence, awareness and staying safe. ๐

The small things that make a BIG difference to our swimmersโ safety, confidence, hygiene and overall experience in the pool. ๐
๐งข Swimming Hats
All swimmers are required to wear an official swim! swimming hat during lessons. Our hats are colour coded to help teachers quickly identify ability groups, improve pool hygiene and motivate swimmers as they progress through the programme and achieve their next colour! If you need a hat, please speak to our reception team who will be happy to help.
๐ฃ Blue Shoe Cover Policy
Please continue to wear blue shoe covers in all changing rooms, viewing areas and poolside spaces. This helps us keep our centre clean, hygienic and safe for all swimmers.
๐งบ Changing Room Facilities
To help provide a fast, safe and efficient changing room experience for everyone, we kindly ask all families to avoid leaving belongings inside changing cubicles and instead use the lockers provided. This helps keep the changing areas tidy while ensuring swimmersโ belongings remain safe and secure. You can arrive โswim readyโ by wearing costumes, trunks or swim shorts underneath their onesies/clothing too!
๐ฟ Pre-Swim Showers
A quick shower before lessons helps improve water quality and hygiene standards for everyone using the pool.
๐ช Warm Up Video
Before lessons begin, our warm up video helps activate muscles, energise swimmers and get bodies ready for a fantastic lesson ahead!
๐ Arm discs
For our younger swimmers in Swim 1 and Swim 2, armbands are an important part of keeping children safe, confident and happy in the water while they learn.
Thank you to parents and carers for all your help and support ๐โจ
