School run DONE ✅
Now it’s your turn 💪

Drop the kids off, grab a coffee with us if you need it ☕️… and get that workout DONE 🔥

This is what our post-school-run mornings look like — good energy, friendly faces and everyone doing their own thing at their own pace.

Thinking about joining? Stop thinking about it and come see for yourself 👀

Pop in, have a look around, meet us and see what all the fuss is about.

MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 💚🧠

One of the best things about VR Leisure is our incredible members 🙌

Every day we see so many of you encouraging each other 💪 checking in ❤️ pushing each other on 🔥 and creating an environment where everyone feels supported 🤝 Sometimes a simple conversation 😊 a smile 😄 or a “you’ve got this” 👊 makes a positive impact on someone's day.

Training helps mental health 🏋️‍♂️ but community helps even more 🌎❤️ and we’re proud of the one we’ve built together 🫶
What an amazing group of inspirational members we have all under one roof!

This week is a reminder to be kind 💚 reach out 📲 and continue supporting one another — inside and outside the gym 💪
