One of the best things about VR Leisure is our incredible members 🙌

Every day we see so many of you encouraging each other 💪 checking in ❤️ pushing each other on 🔥 and creating an environment where everyone feels supported 🤝 Sometimes a simple conversation 😊 a smile 😄 or a “you’ve got this” 👊 makes a positive impact on someone's day.

Training helps mental health 🏋️‍♂️ but community helps even more 🌎❤️ and we’re proud of the one we’ve built together 🫶

There are TWO Bank Holidays this month, and we’re still here to keep you on track 💪- don't let the long weekends slow you down.

🗓 Early May Bank Holiday: 4th May
🗓 Spring Bank Holiday: 25th May
⏰ Opening Hours (both days): 8am - 2pm

Remember… consistency is what gets results. While others hit pause, you keep pushing forward 🔥

Even a quick session keeps you ahead of the game.
