Shake at your own pace at this lower impact dance based class. Gentle on the joints great for increasing mobility.

🐸 Boogie Bounce 🐸

Fancy something a bit different ? This high intensity work out is based on a mini trampoline.
With a t bar support handle for stability you can bounce your way through the class whilst enjoying some of the latest tunes.
This class is guaranteed to raise your mood as well as your body temperature!

Huge shout out to today’s chaperones for helping, thanks to all families and parents for their support and most importantly HUGE well done to today’s dancers you smashed it 💪
Stepping out will now pause classes for a few days and will reopen on Friday 7th August in time for next weekends summer fun.

Stepping Out smashed it yesterday at Beighton Gala!

I am sooooo unbelievably proud of every single person who performed !

Great community day as normal!

We are also exceptionally proud to provide the official dancers and cheerleaders for the Sheffield Steelers ice hockey team and are currently recruiting for the 26/27 season starting in September!!

💙👣💙 Stepping Out will be turning Beighton blue today as they proudly perform at Beighton Gala.

The dancers will be showing their skills in the main arena 1.45pm and 3.30pm.

Come along, join the fun and support the dancers as they put on not 1 but 2 fabulous displays!

We have some beautiful posters on display in The Limes for our carnival queen competition!
There is still time to join the fun and make a poster, judging is taking place on Saturday 18th July by the Aston carnival committee members with the winners being notified later that day!
