Our Bounce & Tone class is suitable for all abilities — whether you're starting your fitness journey, getting back into exercise or simply want a fun way to keep active.

From dancing, bouncing, stretching and toning, you've all taken those small steps that lead to big changes. Your results are showing, your confidence is growing, and your fitness journeys are well underway. Every single one of you should be incredibly proud.

What a fantastic term we've had together, filled with laughter, smiles, encouragement and plenty of fun along the way!

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. I absolutely love supporting each and every one of you to feel stronger, healthier and happier through community fitness and wellbeing.

🐸💚 Celebrating our wonderful little Froggy! 💚🐸

This amazing young lady always comes along, gives everything a go and tries her very best. She has so much to say and never fails to make us smile!

This week, she got to discover what happens behind the scenes at Bounce & Tone, helping to set up the trampolines, carry out safety checks and prepare all the equipment before class.

She was an absolute delight and thoroughly deserved her certificate for all her hard work, kindness and willingness to learn. It was lovely to see her confidence grow as she got involved and helped out.

Well done, little Froggy! We are all so proud of you. ✨💚

✨ Next week is our final week before the summer holidays! I'll be celebrating even more of our amazing class members with certificates and awards. I can't wait to recognise the wonderful people who make the Dance ConneXtion community so special. ❤️
