Great classes tonight it's brilliant that the kids class is so busy but please all parents make sure that there kids are not in the weights gym messing around before or during class or using the punch machine Muscle Fusion Gym & Muscle fusion shop are kind enough to let us use the building and toilets so we all have a nice place to train I'm going to be strict with this so if it happens again il have no option but to ask you to leave 👍🏻👌🏻🥊💚
