It breaks my heart to be writing this.

Sadly, we've lost another member of the Muscle Fusion family.

Nick Hewitt wasn't just a member of the gym he was a good friend to many of us and one of the nicest, kindest blokes you could meet.

He'll be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.

Our thoughts are with Nick's family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.

If the family are happy for us to do so, we'll share the funeral details when they become available for anyone wishing to pay their respects.

Rest easy, Nick. You'll never be forgotten. 💙

Movement and Exercise literally changes your brain chemistry. When you engage in physical activity such as swimming, hiking, cycling, or even brisk walking, your muscles are not just contracting.
