Good Friday: 10am – 6pm
Saturday: 10am – 4pm (normal hours)
Sunday: 10am – 4pm (normal hours)
Easter Monday: 10am – 6pm

Make sure you get your sessions in over the long weekend 💪🔥

Dear customers please see our revised prices from the 1st of march, as many know most small businesses have been burdened with large increased costs due to the recent budget by the government and we are no exception so we have had to make the unfortunate decision to raise our prices slightly.

Yearly joining fee £25 (no change in price)
Weekly pay as you go £12 (increase of £2)
Monthly pay as you go £35 (increase of £5 equivalent to £1.25 per week)
Monthly direct debit £30 (increase of £5)
Single sessions £7.50 (increase of £2.50)

The nhs, fire service, police and armed forces continue to recieve a 25% discount on monthly training fees

It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news that one of our Muscle Fusion Gym family, Steve, passed away in September 2025.

Steve was more than just a member of the gym. He was a familiar face, a kind soul, and someone who always had time for others. He will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege of training alongside him.

Our thoughts and love are with Steve’s wife, children, family, and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

A fundraiser has been set up to help give Steve a dignified final resting place and to support his family.

If you are able to donate or share, it would mean a lot. Every contribution, no matter how small, truly helps.

Important announcement!!!!
Following the chancellors recent budget we’ve just discovered our business rates are going up by £800 a month (£9600 a year) this accompanied by the wages increase will be a total of over £1000 a month, unfortunately we are left with no choice but to increase our prices. As many of you know I’m going back on the tools to try and help but this government has left us no choice but to increase prices from 1st April 2026. We are going to spend the next few months to try and workout our new prices and keep them as low as possible. We are really sorry about this but this government as once again attacked small businesses. We will also be introducing a minimum spend of £7.50 for card payments to cut down on card transaction fees.
Any other gym owners out there I suggest you check your new rateable value from April 2026 it’s hitting everyone!
I can promise you all one thing, I’m going to work my ass off on the tools to bring in much needed revenue to improve the gym along with our amazing staff we are all going to chip in to bring the gym back up to the top gym in Sheffield, you have our word on that 💪💪
