Hi all,
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me and been apart of Charnock Yogis, it’s a purposeful class that allows me to offer space and insight to what’s supported myself through so much. I have noticed that class has started to drop off a lot recently. We all have our busy lives to live and it’s been super hot. However taking into account I have to pay rent on the school hall some weeks have been hard to make ends meet. I’ll be assessing over the next few weeks if this is something I’ll be able to keep going with. If you would like to join please let me know as sometimes I am unaware and if I know people do wish to attend I’ll always put my heart into these classes. If not I won’t be able to afford to cover the rent if numbers stay low. Hope this makes sense and thank you all again for your support 🥹💛

Tonight’s class is going to be a chilled slow and focused one. Doors open onto the field and an hour to let go let be and listen to the birds inbetween my playlist. Bring water 💦
