We were first up, covering throws and their principles.
Next was Dave, covering the power slap and how to deal with multiple opponents.
Last, but by no means least, was
Dill covering two person drills, pushing hands.

Wow! What a following Sensei Derek gets from the Sheffield Karate community everytime he comes. Yesterday he shared his teachings of the Bassai Dai Kata.
Following which he took our instructors through teaching the basics of Karate.
Thanks to Sensei Derek and to all those who came to the couse. Here's to the next time 👊
