I have so many ladies saying to me that they “can’t do this”and “they can’t do that”so it’s great to see them so hands on “doing it”. Love running my beginner ladies bike maintenance workshops just to give them that confidence.

Always a pleasure taking these lovely ladies out for a social ride for Caroline Vernon birthday including a stop at .New roads for most of the ladies and of course coffee and cafe! Lots of smiles and chatting AND it didn’t rain! Well done Ladies 👏👏☕️🍰🧁

Always LOVE finding a new cycling cafe wherever I am. Exploring the lovely Chiltern Hills and found Chiltern Velo Cafe - so friendly and worth a visit. Another great day in the saddle. 🚴‍♀️😁
