Some of the lovely feedback I received following the Cycling-Pilates day that ran a few weeks ago.

It was a special day with a group of lovely cyclists who together enjoyed a sunny social ride in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, shared a delicious home cooked meal around the kitchen table and learnt about the benefits of Pilates for Cyclists and getting their Power to Their Pedal.

When I first bought Joseph Pilates book detailing his work, I felt overwhelmed when I read these words in the title … RETURN to LIFE.

It was the daily challenge of living with back pain, after a car accident, that had led me through the doors of a Pilates studio.

Pilates strengthened and mobilised my spine.

Pilates returned me to life.

Looking forward to rolling out my mat and rolling onto the reformer.
