In her own words:

Claire has been teaching yoga for over a decade, and her love for the practice is beautifully broad. π
In her own words:
βI'm Claire and have been teaching yoga for over ten years. I also teach Body Balance and more recently Aqua classes. I love all types of yoga from slow restorative to fast vinyasa flows, and I think there is a yoga class for everyoneβ.
What makes Claireβs classes so special is her commitment to making yoga truly inclusive:
