Gala 2026 – Icons 🎤✨

The theme was Icons, and it truly was iconic!

Our gymnasts channelled legends including Elton John, Madonna, Queen, Mary Poppins and even David Attenborough across three spectacular shows at the Southampton Guildhall, showcasing incredible talent, teamwork and showmanship.

The gala featured performances from gymnasts across the entire club, from our Pre-School, Recreational, Gym-Ability and Minis programmes through to our competitive Squads, giving everyone the opportunity to shine on stage and be part of this fantastic event.

We also presented several special awards to recognise outstanding squad achievements this year:

👏 Poppy, Molly and Viktoria were recognised for their hard work and selection to the England Squad following a brilliant season.

👏 Charlie, Olly, Charlie and Rory, along with Kailen and Chloe, were recognised for their continued growth and dedication, which resulted in their selection for the GB Team.

It was a fantastic day of celebration, team spirit and amazing performances. Congratulations to all of our gymnasts for their hard work and achievements, and a huge thank you to all of our coaches, volunteers and parents for their continued support and dedication to the club.

Our current Pre-school gymnastics theme is COLOURS! 🌈
Little ones will be exploring a world of colour through fun, active play—jumping, balancing, and moving in bright and exciting ways! Along the way, they’ll also be building and practising the key skills needed for their Pre-school gymnastics badges, which we will also be working towards attaining throughout this theme! 🌟
Our Colours theme will be running from 15th June - 5th July

A huge thank you to Lotem Graphics for their incredible support of our fundraising efforts.

Not only did they produce our fundraising team T-shirts, but they also generously donated them and organised everything from start to finish completely free of charge.

🏆 Gymnast of the Year 2025-2026 🏆

This year we were proud to have an incredible group of gymnasts nominated for Gymnast of the Year. Each nominee has demonstrated outstanding dedication, commitment, and passion for our sport, and we congratulate them all on this fantastic achievement.

A special congratulations goes to Thomas Fort, the winner of the Ken Bell Trophy for 2026.

Thomas has been part of the club since preschool and has shown remarkable resilience, determination, and growth throughout his gymnastics journey. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, supportive nature, and commitment to helping others make him a valued member of our club community.

Congratulations, Thomas, on this well-deserved recognition, and congratulations to all of our nominees for an outstanding year! 👏🤸‍♂️

🇧🇬✨ **BURGAS INTERNATIONAL ACRO CUP 2026** ✨🇧🇬

What an incredible weekend for Southampton & Evoke at the Burgas International Acro Cup! 🌟

Our Youth Men’s Group – Charlie, Olly, Charlie & Rory – alongside our Junior Mixed Pair took to the international stage for their first international competition of 2026, and what a performance they delivered! 💪👏

Both partnerships showed outstanding resilience, strength, teamwork and determination throughout the competition, achieving new personal bests in their routines and producing clean, confident performances across the board. Their hard work was rewarded with both partnerships bringing home **silver medals** 🥈🥈 – an incredible achievement on the international stage! 🌟

This competition provided valuable experience as they continue their preparations for Poland in just a couple of weeks’ time, where they will proudly represent Great Britain. 🇬🇧✨

We couldn't be prouder of the hard work, dedication and commitment shown by these gymnasts and their coaches. A fantastic achievement and an exciting start to an international season filled with opportunities ahead!

Our Summer Gymnastics Workshops are packed with fun, games, trampolining, tumbling, and skill-building for children aged 5+.

Whether your child is new to gymnastics or already loves the sport, there's something for everyone this summer!

Come and join the fun at our Gymnastics Stay and Play sessions!

Our Gymnastics Stay & Play Sessions are all about freedom and fun! These unstructured, themed gymnastics play sessions allow preschoolers to move and play with their parent/carers, while a coach supervises to keep the space safe. Each session will see exciting new set ups for the children to explore - it is a new adventure every time! Our Gymnastics Stay and Play sessions are also a great way to meet other parents and little ones!
We can’t wait to welcome you into the gym!

Price: £6.50 per child + £0.30 transaction fee (Non-waking siblings are FREE)

🌟 Preschool Gymnastics Graduation Week 🌟

Our Pre-School Graduation will take place during our Gym Bob's usual session the week of Monday 8th – Friday 12th June. We can't wait to celebrate our amazing little gymnasts who are graduating from our pre-school programme! 🤸‍♀️🎉

We’re so proud of all their hard work and how their confidence has grown. We are wishing them all the best as they take their next exciting step in gymnastics! 💫
