A great 15k paddle on the pointy boards with David & Graham from Tuckton Tea Gardens to Iford Weir, popped into Slomo Christchurch then off to Hengistbury Head Outdoors where we bumped into Rob da Bank setting up the new Slomo Sauna and Cold Plunge at HHO.
