🥋🔥 WHAT A SESSION LAST NIGHT! 🔥🥋
The effort, determination and attitude from everyone was fantastic — and even after a full lesson, they still dug deep to finish with some seriously leg-burning exercises! 🦵🔥 No giving up, no backing down… just great effort right to the very end!

Possibly the quietest student we’ve ever taught 😄, but she’s coming on leaps and bounds!
Last night was a special one as Ava arrived in her very first gi 🥋❤️ — and she certainly looked the part!
For someone who has only been training for a short time, her progress has been fantastic. She worked incredibly hard throughout the session and even managed to keep Senpai Sarah on her toes! 😄💪

🇯🇵 Ava can already count all the way to 20 in Japanese — completely unprompted! 👏👏
A big well done to Senpai Logan for helping teach her. That’s exactly what our club is about — learning, encouraging one another and growing together. ❤️
I genuinely couldn’t be prouder of these kids. Watching their confidence, discipline and ability develop week after week is an absolute privilege.
