🧤Meet The Bosses 🧤

PL1 was formed in 2018, Paul
Was already coaching having come out of Southend United academy and Lee was just starting his coaching journey.

Paul by day is the General Manager or Ninja Warrior in Chelmsford and Lee is a leading Fire Fighter covering Essex.

Both put their Heart and Sole into PL1 working around full time jobs and their own children!!

This academy means everything to us and the Families that trust us to develop their children are all friends and a massive part of the PL1Family 🥰
