Hope you have a wonderful month!
Pride Month is a reminder that people heal when they are safe enough to be themselves π
So many LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent people are exhausted from years of masking and pushing through.
Nature does not ask you to perform. Outdoor coaching creates space to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself πΏ https://www.earthcoaching.net/coaching-outdoors

The biggest compliment is being recommended by clients. I'm really grateful for feedback like this because if clients are happy enough to tell other people about my coaching, I've done my job. If you want to find out what coaching could help you with, I offer no-pressure discovery chats to talk about anything you're struggling with.

I'll be honest, as a sole trader, I sometimes felt like a small fish in a big pond at these award ceremonies. π
But Earth Coaching, being an FSB regional winner and a national finalist in the D&I category, proves that you don't need a huge HR department to lead with your values. π±
This win is for every micro-business, proving that impact isn't measured by headcount. β¨

Today is World Bee Day π
Bees play a vital role in pollinating the crops and wild plants that support both human health and the wider ecosystem. Around a third of the food we eat depends on pollinators like bees.
Spending time in nature is not just good for wildlife; it supports our wellbeing too. Slowing down outdoors, noticing the natural world, and reconnecting with our environment can help regulate the nervous system and reduce overwhelm.
That is one of the reasons I offer walk-and-talk coaching sessions in nature, creating space to breathe, process, and reconnect away from constant noise and pressure.

I'm a nominee for the National Diversity Awards in the Positive Role Model for Disability category!
My work through Earth Coaching focuses on supporting neurodivergent, chronically ill and LGBTQ+ people to build sustainable ways of living and working that genuinely fit their needs, identities and energy levels.
As a disabled, neurodivergent and non-binary practitioner, creating accessible, psychologically-safe and affirming spaces is deeply important to me. Many of my clients come to coaching after years of burnout, masking or feeling misunderstood within traditional support spaces, and it means a lot to see this work recognised.
