Sometimes the lesson is simply to stop fighting what is, listen, learn, accept what you can’t change… and keep moving.

Change doesn’t always feel comfortable. Growth rarely does.

So take a breath.
Trust yourself.
Trust the journey.
And keep going, you fu***ng awesome warrior.

I feel the universe gave me a proper kick today.
And I’m listen, reflect, accept and learn from it all.

The good. The bad. The beautiful. The messy.
It all becomes part of the experience.

And I’m honestly grateful for it all.
Enjoying being alive. 💕✨

This is a little reminder that it isn’t always about finding motivation.

Because motivation is lovely when it shows up
but it’s not exactly reliable, is is it?

There are plenty of mornings when we don’t feel motivated to go to work, build the business, clean the house, walk the dogs, train, or do the hundred other things life throws at us.

But we still have a choice.
And that’s where the power is.

You don’t have to feel motivated to show up. Sometimes you just make the decision, put your shoes on and do the thing anyway. 💕✨

I was going to rant about how important it is now more than ever to support communities, farmers, minimise the use of A! but I don’t think social media would support it very well.
