💥 100kg DEADLIFT PB 💥

And honestly… I’m beyond proud.

Not because of the number itself but because of everything that came before it.

The consistency.
The listening.
The willingness to learn.
The hundreds of reps spent practising technique and getting the basics right.

We’ve gone from learning how to hinge properly and building confidence around the bar… to smashing PBs across the board.

One of the other teens watched it happen and said:
“That’s the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.”

And honestly, that comment alone is growth.

Give them a space where they can explore and grow ✨
Let them learning what they’re capable of.
Building confidence.
Building resilience.
Building strength that goes far beyond the gym.

I couldn’t be prouder of this group and how far they’ve all come.

Keep showing up.
Keep learning.
Keep getting stronger.

The future is in good hands. 💪🔥

I can feel the difference between
my early 30’s & now my late30’s 🥵

The recovery plan has now to be a lot more organised.

I still think I’m 28, and can do all I do without resting 🤣
My body likes to send a strongly worded email the next morning reminding me that I’m not.

Nothing’s broken.
A few things are tight.
A few things are sore.
And apparently stretching is no longer optional.

Just with a longer warm-up and a deeper appreciation for mobility.thank you body ✨🌻

140kg for a top single while my hip flexor is singing in the background. 😅

I always say, unless something is broken, snapped off, or you’re on your deathbed, you’ve got to keep moving.

Manage your injuries. Learn from them. Most of the time, a little manipulation, mobility work, and stability training will allow you to keep training while you recover.

The biggest lesson for me? As I run full speed towards the next decade of life, I’ve got to do more prep work than ever before. 😝

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavy—it’s about adapting, staying consistent, and finding a way forward when things aren’t quite right.

140kg moved. Thank you body 💕

🍓 Strawberry week & heavy deadlifts 🥵

Not every day starts with motivation, good energy or a peaceful mindset.

Sometimes hormones are doing their thing, everything feels irritating, your patience is nowhere to be found and you’d quite happily argue with the kettle for breathing too loudly. 😂

But here’s the thing… difficult days don’t mean wasted days.

Today wasn’t about feeling amazing. It was about showing up anyway.

Heavy deadlifts. Moving my body. Letting that frustration go somewhere useful. Reminding myself that our feelings are valid but they don’t always get to make the decisions.

Life doesn’t pause because we’re having an off day. We adapt. We adjust. We keep moving.

Not because we ignore how we feel…
But because we know we’re capable of moving through it.

If today feels heavy in more ways than one — this is your reminder that you’re stronger than the mood, the moment, and even strawberry week. 💪😝

Finding my way back onto a horse after many, many years feels a little surreal.

I probably haven’t properly sat on a horse in around 15 years… and yet, some things feel so familiar.

There’s something incredibly special about being around animals, for me especially horses.
Horses have been my rock when life was hard as a young person.

They don’t care what kind of day you’ve had.
They don’t respond to the version of you you’re trying to present.
They respond to what’s real.

No noise. No pretending. Just connection, trust, and being fully in the moment.

And honestly… pure joy.

Feels good to be back 🐎✨💕
