A welcoming, women-focused strength training class designed to help you feel stronger, more confident, and completely at ease in the weights room. This is a calm, supportive introduction to lifting, with no cardio and no pressure, just simple, effective strength work.
We focus on learning safe techniques and correct form, building strength gradually at your own pace while understanding how resistance training supports women’s health, energy, and long-term wellbeing.
Expect a warm, encouraging environment where questions are always welcome, and every session is designed to help you feel capable, supported, and empowered in your own journey.
No experience needed. Just turn up and move at your own pace, guidance and encouragement are always given throughout.
