Due to the extreme temperatures today , we will be closing the gym early at 5pm instead of our usual 8pm

With temperatures reaching over 33oc , we’ve made the decision to help ensure the wellbeing of everyone .

🐣EASTER BANK HOLIDAY OPENING HOURS🐣

This weekend, our opening times are a bit like your Easter diet …. slightly flexible 😅

Good Friday : open 10am -6pm ( get ahead before the chocolate chaos 💪
Saturday : open as usual ( earn those eggs early 🐰)
Easter Sunday : open as normal ( pre egg workout )
Easter Monday : 10am -1pm ( we know your in a committed relationship with left over chocolate 🍫)

Remember one squat = one mini egg 🏋️
