The Nottingham West Social Prescribing Team, in partnership with Nottingham West Primary Care Network -PCN, L Leisure, Lounge 17 Hair and Beauty and other local services, are coming together to host a free menopause awareness event.

The evening is all about bringing local knowledge, advice and support together in one place, helping women to better understand menopause and the options and services available to them.

A great opportunity to learn, connect and access advice in a friendly and supportive environment. 💕🌸

We are pleased to announce a new Beginners Gym Workshop at which is FREE for members on Tuesday 15th September 6-7pm with our fitness advisor Matt!
This workshop is ideal for you if you are a total beginner or getting back into exercise.
