Force on the handle early in downswing can help create lag and power in the golf swing. Continuing this on from my post yesterday, here is a great way to build angular force in the golf swing. Force on the handle early, will allow for club head acceleration at the right time.

having good movements and generating speed is great but you must get that energy into the ball. Spin loft is not only important to the short game but in driving it can really optimise distance for the golfer. Try this drill during some practice and it will help you sneak out some extra yardage.

one of the most versatile tools I have, the foam wedge . Simple yet so effective, it doesn’t need to be fancy and cost a lot to do a great job. As you can see I’ve covered so many bases with one tool.
