CSU - the Cheerleaders of Stirling University! Cheerleader, Dancer, Gymnast, Total Beginner? CSU will welcome you! Our club encompasses many aspects of fitness due to the nature of the sport, and as a result, has become a desirable option for those with past experience and beginners alike. Cheerleading involves aspects of dance, jumps, tumbling and stunts - usually forming the basis of a routine. CSU has recreational members, competing teams, and many fun socials, so we have something for everyone! CSU has four main competing teams: Cheer Level 1, Cheer Level 2, Pom and Lyrical
The competition team for the 2021/2022 year is chosen in October, and we would encourage all who are interested to get involved! Many of our past competitive members started off with no experience so don't be put off! If you have any questions about our club feel free to email our President Amy ([email protected])

🏃‍♀️Stirling Podfather 10K🏃‍♀️

Yesterday CSU were back at the Stirling Podfather 10K to cheer on all the runners taking part in race and we had an amazing time🤩

We had 4 committee members, Hayleigh our President, Niamh our Vice-President, Natalie our Social Secretary/Cheer Dance Captain and Sarah-Jane our Welfare Officer taking part as well as one of our other team members Freya💚 All of the girls smashed it and they each got PB’s!

Thank you to everyone who donated to our Team Alexis Rose fundraiser for the girls running the 10K🌹

Thank you Podfather Stirling 10k for inviting us along to the event again this year! We had so much fun🫶
