Huge shoutout to our MLC Juniors and Seniors who helped crew the safety boats at the Rhoose ski race last Saturday. The crew thoroughly enjoyed the experience and built on the skills they learned from the course last autumn.

glorious Sunday morning at Caswell, great session for the MLC nippers and juniors today, lots of sea swimming, paddling and team work!

First session back at the beach this evening for mumbles lifeguard Club nippers and juniors! excellent turnout and effort-everyone delighted to be back at the beach, topped off with hot dogs !

A great day for team MLC at the Welsh Nipper Stillwater Lifesaving Championships!

This is an important petition to sign for anyone who cares about water safety development/learning for our children and the general health, social and confidence-building benefits of swimming regularly.

Such a great experience for some of our Mumbles Junior Lifeguards to be involved in this voluntary patrol at Llangennith over the summer season.
