𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 - 𝙏𝙤𝙧𝙛𝙖𝙚𝙣 𝘿𝙤𝙡𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙨

We are incredibly proud to share some fantastic news with all our members and supporters!

Last month, Team Wales announced the Athletes and Coaches who will represent Wales at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, and we are delighted to confirm that Theodora Taylor and Meghan Willis have been selected to compete in swimming. Adding to this incredible achievement, Torfaen Dolphins swimmer Dylan Broom, who now trains as part of the High Performance Squad in Swansea, has also earned selection for Team Wales.

As if that wasn't enough, we are thrilled to announce that our very own Head Coach, Tom Croke, has been selected as one of only five coaches who will support the Team Wales swimming squad throughout the Games.

This is a tremendous accomplishment and a reflection of the dedication, hard work, and commitment shown by Theodora, Meghan, Dylan, and Tom. Everyone at Torfaen Dolphins is immensely proud of what they have achieved, and we know they will represent both Wales and our club with distinction.

After another fantastic weekend of swimming at our Torfaen Dolphins Long Course Meet 2026- we just want to say a massive thank you to the following for making it so successful:

750+ swimmers who competed
200+ officials, volunteers and coaches who supported the swimmers
34 clubs who had swimmers representing them this weekend
1 fantastic photography company - Malaper Photography Sports for documenting the weekend!
