Penclawdd RFC are looking to recruit a Forwards Player Coach to join our coaching team for the 2026 / 2027 season.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with a strong understanding of modern forward play, a passion for player development, and the ability to help create a positive environment on and off the field.

We can offer:

✅ First-class training and match day facilities
✅ An enthusiastic senior playing group
✅ An experienced coaching team

A Level 1 coaching qualification is desirable, but not essential, and support will be available towards gaining qualifications.

🌺🎱 REMINDER – POOL TOURNAMENT TOMORROW 🎱🌺

Just a reminder that our Pool Tournament is taking place tomorrow at Penclawdd RFC, raising money for the Ospreys in the Community bike ride charity.

🕒 Start Time: 3:00pm

The tournament will be a one-frame knockout format, with men and women competing together.

Don’t forget, we’re going with a Hawaiian shirt theme, so dig out your brightest shirt and come along for what should be a brilliant afternoon.

We’d love to see as many people as possible at the club, whether you’re playing, cheering on the players, or just popping in to support a great cause. The bar will be open, the atmosphere will be great, and Wales v Fiji will also be shown, so it’s the perfect chance to enjoy an afternoon of rugby, pool, and club spirit.

All money raised will go towards supporting the fantastic work of Ospreys in the Community through their bike ride charity fundraiser.
