⚡️💙❤️

Our girls were out in force training at Glais RFC last night 💙❤️⚡

Double figures for training is phenomenal. Makes such a massive difference to our ability to work on skills but more importantly, we just love the laughs 😄 yes Andrew Jones we know you are usually laughing at us 😉

Special mention to our newcomers Sian and Chloe - we hope you enjoyed and that we see you back again!

And of course, we can't go without saying a huge congratulations to our girl Laura Glenister whose life long dream was to get an interception and she only went and bloody did it! 👏

Monday nights never cease to cheer us up!
