After an incredible 14 years of coaching, this season marks the end of an era as Andy Warren and Lee Tucker hang up their coaching boots.

Together, they have guided the same group of boys from U7s all the way through to second-year Youth, with 11 of those players now making the step into the senior setup at Dunvant RFC. That level of commitment and continuity is something truly special.

Lee has been a constant presence throughout that journey, giving his time, energy and encouragement week after week, season after season. The impact he's had on those players will last far beyond the rugby pitch.

Andy’s contribution reaches even further. Alongside the years of coaching, he founded the Dunvant Devils in 2012, introducing hundreds of children to rugby and creating a pathway that continues to thrive today.

As Junior Section Chairman from 2012 to 2024, he helped transform the section into the largest in the region, while championing initiatives and opportunities that are now part of the fabric of Dunvant RFC.

For the last two seasons he has served as Youth team manager, continuing to support the very players he had helped nurture from their earliest days.

Most importantly, both Andy and Lee have helped shape not just rugby players, but young people. They’ve built confidence, friendships and memories that will last a lifetime.

On behalf of everyone at Dunvant RFC, thank you both for your tireless dedication, countless hours and unwavering commitment over the past 14 years. Your legacy will live on through the players you’ve inspired and the club you’ve helped build.
