Firstly, congrats to Jac Morgan on seren y gêm yesterday👏
We then had 6 former junior players competing in the Heart of Wales 7s. Alex and Harris representing the Flying Penguins, Llien, Kaden and Cellan for the Conquer Knights and winning the series and Lowri Davies for winning the women’s cup with the Hammerheads🌟🌟🌟
