The kettlebell tri-set just about finished me off today. Definitely feeling progress as time goes on- gloves only worn to stop grip slipping when hands are sweaty and gross.
Working towards my best self for Bloodstock Festival this year and hopefully an exciting announcement after this year's festival is over.

Woohoo! πππ months of work has paid off. Today I passed my Fitness Pilates reformer course and can now offer group and 1:1 sessions.
Thanks to , and for more excellent training. I always feel confident and able to teach after your trainings. Such amazing quality. Back for more soon I'm sure. π

Sundays are the best. π«Άβ¨οΈ Pilates under the canopy with and is the perfect way to start the day. Spiky and squishy balls today- long bands coming in next week.
Followed by Yoga - today's theme was pruning bad habits. π₯°

Ordinarily I'd put a selfie in with a post like this but not today- hayfever has done a number on me this week ππ
The picture of my aging laptop is here to show I've recorded my final assessment video for the Fitness Pilates reformer course.
I wavered between nerves ( I'm always nervous in assessment situations) legs shaking from the lunge variations- Pilates shakes are real π, and talking to an old friend. I hope it was good enough. If not, I'll need to redo.
Anyway, i can breathe a little now.
Time for coffee and class planning for my classes at and on Sunday. π₯°

Made Singapore noodles again but this time to take to lunch at work this week.
It smells amazing.
Also made frozen yoghurt lollies- obviously in the freezer but that was a last minute bit of inspiration today. π
Made the most of the bank holiday- a 7km walk, PilatesxStrength session and 1hr on the reformer. Feeling very accomplished.

Pictures for posting- the last few days I've really pushed myself to increase my exercise, I've got a festival to go to in August - Bloodstock Festival so aiming to do my best to look and feel my best.
I took and passed my Fitness Pilates reformer theory exam over the weekend, got a couple more hours practice on my machine logged, and I'm in the final stages of arranging another in person class which I'll share details with you once it's all finalised.

Did a bit of meal prep tonight.
Made a simple curry and rice tonight and had half for dinner.
Thought I'd make a chicken and vegetable bake- veg that needed using up, roast chicken bits, a jar of pasta bake sauce, some breadcrumbs and cheese to top it off.
