🙏 Thank you members for letting us know,
When fellow members leave thier weights out,
We try to stay on top of it and often rely on your help,
This particular hack slide was not used for 8hrs…as most would think it was still being used.
Some may object to being highlighted on the “members only group”, by comparison we want to show the “members only group” we are actively staying on top of it.
The one way to assure your not highlighted, is not to do it!
At the same time we also want to highlight to this same person that we also do not allow socks or bare feet at any time in the gym..
If you are that particular about your restricted footwear not being suitable then buy a pair that serves your particular purpose.
All we are asking is that the 1% follow what the other 99% are doing.
We don’t need weight pins, elastic power bands, as the equipment functions perfectly well as it is..and was designed for.
Any member can notify us of anything they find annoying..
If you do find weights left out, all we ask for is the date, time, and preferably a picture.
You are not snitching or throwing someone under a bus, your making sure we are all on the bus on the same journey.

Upgrade
We have just upgraded the Precor inner thigh machine, to a nice Nautilus Impact inner thigh machine, and we have put the Precor downstairs into the Boutique Gym as even that one is a classic piece of Precor Icarian equipment and looks at home with its sisters and brothers

Hack 1.
The best time to start your “new year back to the gym” is now!
1. The gym is now going to be at its quietist, so you can pick and choose your favourite machines you want for as long as you want
2. Get over the back to the gym “muscle soreness” earlier, then by January your body is pre prepped for regular workouts
3. When your on your training, your on your diet, meaning you will tend to drink a lot less alcohol and not regretfully eat when your not really hungry over the holidays..

Cardio magician,
Super engineer Mark Warfield. Is a maestro on cardio, and we do what no other gyms do,
We service all of our cardio twice a year,
That’s right! Every 6 months!
We never have one machine “out of order” and never any machine not working,
Prevention is far better than the cure.

24HRGYM members got Punk’d 😂
The owners of 24HRGYM, set up a prank to shock the members.
They hired professional bodybuilder, Roelly Winkallar of the Netherlands, who had just placed in the top 3 of the prestigious Mr Olympia competition who officially had the biggest bicep and tricep arm measurements in the world, 💪
Over a dinner in Las Vegas with Roelly the plot was arranged.
They agreed to fly Roelly over who was in Europe at the time and stayed at Kirstys house for 3 days
We secretly, unannounced, got Roelly to just start walking around the gym working out, over 3 days. To catch as many member reactions as possible.
To see the member’s faces and reactions was priceless….😳
The funny one we can recall, Michael Uzzel was on the lat pulldown, Roelly went over and said
“Can I do a set inbetween your set”
In his English/Dutch accent
Michael looked up at him and said “no!”
We later asked Michael why, he said “no” so abrupt and rudely?
He said
“he scared me” 😂
