Squishy Munchkins

I've had so much fun creating these designs.

I love the cute 3D pumpkins that are available in different sizes. I'm currently working on other wire knitted halloween designs which I'll show you soon ☺️.

I'm also working on other crochet items to keep you warm this winter 🧤🧣.

We've been so lucky to be invited to some great events and celebrations over the last few months. We're always made to feel really welcome and have a fab time.

It's such a privilege to see the happy faces when they first see what they look like. It's such a joy trying to guess which design everyone will choose ☺️.

These courses seem to go quicker and quicker! We ended with our party/ festival theme, which is always great fun 🎉.

Of course we also made some adorable footprint keepsakes 👣, which were the very hungry caterpillar themed 🐛.

The classes are designed to be relaxed and welcoming, with a maximum class size of 8-10 babies. I feel that our classes are a true reflection of early parenthood. We go with the flow and no topic is off limits, as each baby and parents experiences will be different to the next. Our classes are not perfect, but i feel this makes them more relatable and comfortable.

What a lovely nature/ animal week. I love that my eldest wants to be a part of my classes when she's not at school. She's so good with the little ones and she gets to see what I do to make each class happen.

It's so nice seeing parents celebrating each other's successes and supporting each other when going through a tough time.

Week three was our space themed week. We had a so much fun exploring the sights and sounds in our sensory setup.

I had my little helper (my eldest) this week and she'll be with us the next 2 weeks too. She loves helping to keep your little ones entertained.

Today was out under the sea theme with our giant octopus!

In little adventurers we read 'Top Place Percy', sang some nursery rhymes, enjoyed free play with all of the equipment and had bubbles 🫧. It was so lovely seeing the interactions between the little ones ☺️.

In our baby yoga session we performed yoga inspired stretches, which help with your little ones development to nursery rhymes. All of our little ones did so well today and they really enjoyed playing with the setup at the end ☺️.

In all of our classes we share our highs and lows of the week and talk about any of our worries. It's so lovely to see people worries float away.

One of the lesser known sides of Squishy Munchkins is our handmade wire knit and crochet creations. We have a variety of items available and we're always happy to create new designs on request.

Today was the first week on our courses 😊. We started with little adventurers for crawlers to 2 years of age. We read 'were going on a bear hunt' sang some nursery rhymes, then enjoyed free play and cookies.

Next we had our baby yoga class. We had some lovely smiles, giggles and babbling while completing the movements. Then also enjoyed free play and cookies.

Last week was week 5 of our 5 week courses. It's such privilege to be a small part in your parenting journey and the growth and development of your little ones.

At the end of each course we create a footprint keepsake as a momento of your time with Squishy Munchkins. As you complete more courses you can see how much your little one is growing and changing.

We have July Courses that continue into the start of August and depending on demand we may have a one off class mid August 😊.
