It's crazy how fast these courses go 😩

This course was all about Backbends. We really honed in on those key areas needed to feel strong in their extensions, giving them the skills to continue their backbend training safely if they wished to

Everyone worked so incredibly hard over the past 8 weeks, taking all the drills and stretching I've thrown at them and tanked it all 💪🏻 and I think these progression pictures speak for themselves ✨

Huge well done everyone 🩵

Our next course will be our LAST of 2025 and will focus on Middle splits and Straddles 😁

October's timetable will be released on Friday 25th September at 6pm 🗓️🕐

What you can expect in October;
- Our next POLE FLOW 6-week course enrollment, which will of course be Halloween themed
- our LAST flexibility focus course of the year, which will be all about middle splits and straddles
- 2 jam packed Halloween themed workshops for you to grace your spooky presence upon

We have just 1 week left of our Flexibility Focus; Backbends course!! Where on earth has that gone?! 🕐💨
I can't wait to post everyone's 8 week progress next week, I am so impressed by everyone's progress 🤩😭

Our next 8-week Flexibility Focus course will be all about middle splits and straddle stretching 💪🏻 take a look at our last middle splits focus students to see what sort of thing we will be working on 👀

🖤🎃 It's finally that time of year 🎃🖤

Announcing our 2026 Halloween Trick or Treat workshops 👻😈

Both workshops will take place at our Dawley studio on Sunday 18th October 🗓️📍

💚 TRICK Workshop (1.5 hours);
- Poling with Props - Hula Hoop edition
In this section of the workshop, we will play about with hula hoops and learn some basic tricks and combos, then play around with how we can use the hoop within our pole tricks and flow ⭕
- Creepy Pole Shapes
We will then move onto throwing some spooky shapes and combos either as solos, doubles or groups if you dare 😈
The TRICK workshop is aimed at barefoot/socks. Heels are optional.
Suitable for beginners upwards

💜 TREAT Workshops (1.5 hours);
- Spooky Pole Splits
We will start the workshop with learning some pole splits shapes. You do not need to be able to do a flat split to join this workshop. 💃🏻
- Halloween Heels Routine
To finish the day, we will be learning a short piece of pole flow to a Halloween song. This routine will be slow in pace, so it's suitable for those newer to heels. 👠
The TREAT workshop is aimed at heels, but they are not compulsory.
Suitable for beginners upwards.

🎃🦇 Every booker gets a Halloween themed goodie bag on arrival 🦇🎃

Workshops are available as 2 separate bookings as the TRICK or the TREAT workshops, or there will be a full day pass for both workshops at a slightly discounted rate. All props and equipment provided.

‼️ New Course Starting Alert ‼️

Want to learn how to dance and flow with your pole skills?
Do you even fancy throwing on some heels and stepping into your diva energy? 👠

Our pole flow course is suitable for beginners upwards. This course will focus on linking together moves into a flow to a piece of music. Less emphasis on tricks and more on performance, musicality and heels technique.

The next course theme will of course be Halloween 🎃👻🖤
And will start on Thursday 1st October, 6.30pm 🕐

Enrollment opens on Friday 25th September with the October timetable release 🗓️
