We’re growing our instructor team 🤍

With one of our lovely instructors changing their working pattern, we have a Sunday morning teaching opportunity opening up from September and are looking for a passionate, qualified Reformer Pilates instructor to join the R&R team ✨

The regular Sunday morning classes will be:
8am • 9am • 10am

If you love providing supportive, high quality classes and want to teach within a community driven studio, we’d love to hear from you!

Please allow up to 2 hours with us when booking your space on the sessions to allow you enough time to participate in the event. We’ve put a lot of thought & effort into organising these two days. You won’t just be attending a Pilates session, it’s a whole experience.

As part of our 1st Birthday Celebration Week, we’re turning a select number of classes into “Anything But Workout Clothes” classes! 🥳

Swap the activewear for something fun, creative or completely unexpected (as long as you can move safely on the reformer 😆). Expect party vibes, feel good tunes, lots of laughs and a prize for our Best Dressed! 🏆✨

These classes are a one off and will be clearly labelled “Anything But Workout Clothes” on our timetable.

🎟️ To book, simply head to the link in our bio and book onto one of the themed classes.

Not your thing? No problem at all! 🤍 You’re more than welcome to attend the themed class in your normal activewear, or simply book onto another class that week instead.

We’re so excited to officially introduce Nina as the newest member of our instructor team at Reform & Revive ✨

If you’re local to Telford, there’s a good chance she’s already a familiar face — Nina brings with her years of experience teaching across gyms in the Telford area and a reputation that truly speaks for itself.

But it’s not just her experience that makes her such a perfect fit for R&R…
It’s her energy.

From the moment you meet her, you’ll notice:

✨ The way she makes every single person feel comfortable and confident
