It's a flying start to the season for both our Waldon sides.

Sporting some fresh faces and new coaching set ups both Waldon teams got their respective campaigns off to a flying start.

Waldon Reds produced some of their best performances in recent seasons as they came out of the day with a record of P5 W4 D1 L0 scoring 14 goals and only conceding 1, this despite not having a natural GK in the squad.

Waldon Whites were equally impressive finishing the day with a record of P4 W3 D1 L0 which included an early contender for goal of the season from captain Mark Badman and just like the reds with no natural GK in the squad.

Big well done to all those who played today and also those cheering on and providing much needed support from the sidelines due to ongoing injuries.

A fantastic start to what promises to be another fantastic season on football.

A shout out also to our wonderful Ann-Marie and her Exmouth Tigers Ladies Team

A little reminder as we head into our tournaments… ⚽💙🩷

The majority of our coaches, our entire DACL Committee, referees and many of those working behind the scenes give their time voluntarily to make Ability Counts football happen.

A smile, a little respect and a simple “thank you” really does go a long way. ❤️

Be kind. Show respect. Appreciate our volunteers. Together we make the league what it is. ⚽👏🩷💙
