As many of you are aware I combine my role as director of SPACE Launching Futures CIC with the running of Waldon Athletic Pan Disability Football club.
Following a very successful season for the club, we are now about to enter our off season, whilst this is nice in one way; we do all miss our football.

With this said I'm please to confirm I'm going to once again combine my skill set and re starting the SPACE Community Football sessions as of Weds 3rd June running throughout the summer until the end of August.

These sessions are great for anyone age 16+ regardless of ability or previous experience, all sessions are just about getting out and active, making friends and having fun.

Space - Launching Futures will also be having Summer Kick Off Social Night.
As this Social Night falls withing Learning Disability Week we are offering FREE Entry to anyone who attends.

The night will feature a Disco, Karaoke, BBQ (this is charged), licensed bar, raffle and a photo booth. We will also use this opportunity to have our Waldon Athletic DFC presentation night. This is a great opportunity to celebrate our wonderful achievements this season but an opportunity for anyone who wants to find out more about the club to speak with players, coaches or sponsors.

Dress code for the evening is summer wear- competition for the worst summer/Hawaiian shirt 👕 ☀️ 🍗 🍔 🥤 🏆 ⚽️

TUFC v Waldon DFC photo dump part 2

Following the conclusion of our season last week, today we had a little end of season treat.........a run out at Plainmoor home of Torquay United AFC.

Big thank you to Torquay United Community Sports Trust for welcoming us and a massive well done to all players who took part.

Results didn't matter but that didn't stop some wonderful football being put on show.

We now look forward to planning a further set of friendlies at our home of windmill hill prior to the start of the 26/27 season.

And that's a wrap for the 25/26 season!

What a way to finish the season with both the Waldon Reds and Waldon Whites signing off as league champions of their respective leagues.

We'll get a full summary out at some point but tonight let's just enjoy the moment.
