Amazing community of supportive and motivating like minded people enjoying exercise

Anne ❤️ I was uneven, weak, with poor posture. Laura has turned my body into a strong and getting stronger version of myself. She has a no nonsense approach, making me accountable for my goals and continues to push me, knowing I have more. I had poor motivation when I started. Just wanting to be less wobbly. Laura asked me what my goals were, 'loose 6kg and get fit'. I was incredibly weak and completely in the dark as to how my left side was not engaging at all but, with consistency and a lot of guidance from Laura that has changed. There were bumps in the road where my diet and drive were not consistent and some stern Laura chats highlighted that these were my goals and I needed to want them enough. 15 months later, I'm there. Using heavier weights on both sides, with the potential for more. I have lost the weight at a manageable rate, and kept it off and when I lean over in the bath to pull the plug there's not the huge wobbly mess in the middle! I now do FIT FIX as well as my PT so I get to have a great supportive community around me aswell. Thanks Team 😊 21/03/2026
