- Yendys Mercury vs Midrange Panthers.

- A brilliant way to finish the season!

- Our final Division 1 league game saw us take on Midrange Panthers in a tough, competitive contest. We started slowly and trailed 4-3 after the first quarter, but some changes helped us settle into the game and we went into half-time leading 12-9.

- The second half was intense, with both teams producing great passages of play alongside a few unforced errors. It stayed close throughout, but Mercury held their nerve to secure a fantastic 31-30 victory.

- After earning promotion last season, our first year in Division 1 didn’t start the way we’d hoped, but the progress this team has made has been incredible. We’re now waiting to find out our final league position, but whatever the outcome, we’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come.

- Yendys Venus vs Phoenix.

- We played with great determination and grit, leading by five goals throughout before pulling away in the final quarter.

- Brilliant defending, smart decision making and smooth teamwork — all the more impressive with only seven players, everyone worked tirelessly.

- Final score: 28-20 win

- Coaches Player of the Match: Jia P

- Her shooting was absolutely on point, even under pressure.

- Yendys Neptune vs Bramford Park.

- In the last game of the season, with many regular players away Neptune faced a very strong and well-organised Bramford side. All players showed fantastic determination and resilience throughout the match.

- With the help of four younger players who had already played a game beforehand, everyone stepped up brilliantly and worked tirelessly from start to finish. Despite the challenge, there were some lovely passages of play, with excellent movement of the ball and great teamwork on display.

- It was a performance to be proud of, full of effort, commitment, and a positive attitude against tough opposition.

- Final score 28-11 loss.

- Yendys Mercury vs Bran Nu.

- Yendys Mercury played Bran Nu on Monday night in then summer league. The girls started strong, battling the sun and the wind. They gave a strong performance from start to finish and it was reflected in the score.

- Yendys Neptune vs Grasshoppers Emerald.

- Great game tonight for Yendys Neptune. A really contested game that tested us from start to finish. We were up, they were up it was neck and neck and goal for goal until the final whistle just missing out on the win by 3.

- Amazing performances from all players. Special mention to Zara who played out of her skin as GK and Poppy for dropping into GD after an injury. Em also put a shift in tonight also playing pretty much every position on court.

- I could mention every player, a really strong team effort. Hold your heads high girls a great contest and performance. Super proud of you all 💛💙💛

- Final score: 28-25 loss.

25/26 Season review 💛💙

What an incredible season for the U13s!

We witnessed significant improvements across all leagues and matches:

We finished 1st in our division of the Birmingham Intermediate Netball League, advancing from 2nd place last season. 🥇

In the South Staffordshire League, we secured 2nd place, up from 3rd last season. 🥈

In the Regional West Midlands Development League, we played five matches, winning four and losing just one.

This is a great achievement, and every player should be proud! Their hard work and dedication has paid off 👏🏻

A huge thank you to our amazing coach, Joan, whose leadership has developed both individual players and the team as a whole.

We’re ending the season strong and more determined than ever to improve in the new season! 💛💙

- A beautiful evening played in good spirits. A close game, until the last quarter where Zeus put their foot on the gas and sharply pulled away.
