Little shoutout to Nic because this made me laugh 😂💪
On Group PT she wanted a new PB on the sled… we ran out of room for plates so just started adding random weights wherever they would fit 🤣🔥

This is exactly why I love small group PT — watching women get stronger, more confident and realise they’re capable of way more than they thought 👏
