Warrington Rowing Club was opened in 1986 and since then has grown year upon year.

As a club, we have seen numerous successes over the years and continue to achieve at local and national levels. We cater for all abilities from complete novice to elite - the club runs the popular 'Learn to Row' course at various points throughout the year. The club is ran entirely by volunteers and welcome anybody that would like to come down and get involved!

Wishing all the crews who’re competing this weekend the very best of luck. They’ve all worked so very hard with very early morning training, double sessions, huge amounts of commitment both on and off the water. And all while studying or working. On Saturday, Alasdair, Gill, Jon & Jen raced in the MxMas F 4x and brought home a silver medal in what was a very close race!

On Sunday, Jon, Alasdair, Ben & Adam raced in the OpMas F 4-. They got through the eliminator and made the final. They missed out on a medal but it was a fiercely contested battle with some very strong competition.

🚣TRENTHAM REGATTA 🚣

As always, the club had a great day at Trentham Regatta on Sunday. We always send plenty of crews and this year was no exception!

πŸ’› Ruby came 21st in her time trial making the repΓͺchage where she came 4th. This lead her to then C/D semifinal where she came 2nd and on to the C Final where she finished 5th.
