Clubbercise is a fun dance workout for adults with easy to follow dance routines, suitable for all abilities with high and low impact options. Based in Watford, classes are taught in a darkened hall with disco lights and reusable LED glow sticks, set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90s to the latest hits.
