Expect a dynamic, playful and intelligently sequenced extended practice blending the intensity and freedom of Rocket Yoga with elements of basic Animal Flow forms.

This practice is designed to build strength, mobility, stamina and body awareness, while encouraging you to move with breath, rhythm and freedom.

Come ready to sweat, play, explore and move.

Options are given to advanced poses so everyone can participate.
