GLOs Tiny Teenies, Teenies & Juniors Cheer & Tumble Stretch & Flex work on their skills, flexibility and create routines to perform at Events in the Local area throughout the year! Competition teams work on routines to compete at 2 or 3 competitions throughout the year. Teams are selected at the beginning of the season (September) they work very hard working towards the championships at the end of the season (June)
Disney Dance is a fun, magical dance class, with all dances to all the favourite, fantastic disney film songs. In Hip Hop & Contemporary Dance you will learn skills, technique and routines that we perform at local events. During Adult Cheer we learn new dance, stunts and tumbles and work on routines. The classes improve your health, fitness and strength without realising it... and during lots of fun! Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme performed on a mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle. The programme consists of a highly effective H.I.I.T cardio section followed by a toning section, working bums, tums and thighs. Every muscle in the body is worked, even the FACIAL MUSCLES! Totsersize offers activities to help with; *Balance and Co-ordination *Rhythm *Social Skills *Develop speech and language skills (verbal and non verbal) through the use of rhythm music, listening skills, verbal and body language *Parent/carer and child bonding and mainly it is so much fun for your little one. An adult is required to stay during this session. The adult will join in with the tot, helping then to learn and play. This is a great way to bond with your child. TINY TWINKLE TOES is a Ballet class for little ones. Every child can build their confidence and social skills, learning manners, discipline and respect while developing their basic ballet technique, co-ordination, musicality, balance, posture and rhythm, at a fun no pressure class with GLO*s Dance & Cheer
Musical Theatre combines music, song & dance, which includes theatrical aspects through dance. This class is for those who LOVE to Sing & Dance, we will work towards routines to showcase throughout the year. The music for this class will be from popular West End & Broadway musicals. Privates OR 2-2-1s - wanting to learn or improve a new skill, this is where you need to be, where you get that extra support and devoted attention to 1 or 2 of you! 2-2-1s must be working on the same skill!
