No human evidence and no human clinical trials keeps getting confused as the same thing.

It's absolutely not. Swipe to break it down.

A trial costs tens or hundreds of millions, so only things that can be owned and patented get one. BPC, NAD+ and MOTS-c come from molecules the body already makes, so nobody is paying for that process.

No trials does not mean no human evidence. It means nobody is incentivised to pull it together.

I will die on this hill.

Not medical advice.

Comment Skool and I’ll send you the section that tells you exactly what to look for to make sure it’s safe and effective. Plus most of what I’ve learned in 3 years immersing myself in this space.

Let’s expose the fat loss medication dosing BS.

My last account got deleted for saying this. I was just right, 18 months early.

The GLP studies were done on people given no help with training, nutrition or lifestyle habits. The standard dosing protocol is built on those results, then everyone gets stepped up the same way, whatever else they’re taking.

Less than the licensed dose, with all of the foundations in place, gets better and more sustainable results, and saves money.

Check before you trust a vial: a recent third party lab report, purity, sterility and endotoxin testing.

Not medical advice.

Comment Proper and we’ll send over a guide to everything you need to do to keep progressing without driving the dose up, and save hundreds a month.

Retatrutide: some are calling it the king of fat-loss peptides, and when you break it down you can’t really argue.

Three hormone receptors (GLP-1, GIP and glucagon), which is why GLP-3 fits as a name.

Everything in the slides comes from the human clinical studies, however it is not medical advice.

Part of a health and performance optimisation series 🚀🤝🫡

If you’re not interested in the above this, isn’t the post for you 😊

If you are, good on ya, watch it and see yesterday and Mondays post and the ones to follow this week - Friday ill talk about how M@ts-C , N+ and GLP-3 work synergistically together

What we humans now have access to is very exciting 📈

Yesterday I posted what was possible when you combine Reta, Mots-c and this little beauty of a co-enzyme

This is little bit about how N+ works

And how this applies to Dave’s unreal results is:

He had more energy to train more effectively
Because his body was using the fuel he did have more efficiently
He was less tired so his energy expenditure didn’t drop and he carried on burning more fat / faster

Tomorrow I’ll break down Reta, Thursday Mots-c and Friday how they all work together 🤝

Can you build muscle and lose fat at the same time?

Dave Francis ‘s rig says yes….Let’s break it down.

How do we lose fat? Burn more than we eat
What makes that way easier? R.

How do we build muscle? Stimulate it more than last week
What makes that easier? Sufficient energy

What is usually missing when we burn more fat than we eat?
Energy

What improves the bodies ability to create energy?
Instagram restrictions throw a hissy fit if you post a before and after and claim that an unapproved intervention had anything to do with it…

So consider this:

Has Dave got the DOG in him - yes
Did he put in the work - absolutely
Food and training and sleep - ✅

Dave is a very very good rugby player that was already training hard

We added structure and this stack of ‘pancakes’

And he made more progress in 3 months than most blokes make in 3 years

Ill let you decide if the R, Mc and N+ may have helped us

How do these three in the pancake stack might work together?

I’m gonna do a post on each of them this week, then explain how the science indicates they work together at the end of the week.

Comment RMN+ if you want me to send you more in-depth research right away

It’s reaaally fun trying to grow a business in a space that massive pharma companies and their pals in Gov are actively trying to sabotage

Really, lots of fun and games

Good job we are largely driven by positive impact, as well as of course wanting to be financially successful

Otherwise it might suck allll the fun out of it 🙃

Shall we stop pretending body fat is just about how you look in the mirror

Because its not

The more excess fat you carry, particularly around your organs, the greater your risk of metabolic disease, cardiovascular disease and premature death.

And the scary part?

You don’t need to feel unhealthy to be unhealthy.

You can feel fine. Train a few times a week. Get your steps in. And still be heading in the wrong direction.

This isn’t about having abs.

It’s not about shaming anyone for how they look.

It’s about understanding that body composition isn’t just an aesthetic conversation. It’s a health conversation.

And avoiding that conversation because it makes people uncomfortable isn’t helping anyone.

And the body confidence movement… Your feelings about your body don’t change what’s happening inside it. Facts are below

25–29.9 BMI: Approximately 6% higher all-cause mortality risk for every 5-unit increase in BMI above 25.
30–34.9 BMI: Around 45% higher mortality risk compared with BMI 22.5–25.
35–39.9 BMI: Around 94% higher mortality risk.
40–49.9 BMI: Around 195% higher mortality risk — nearly triple.
These are population-level associations from large studies, not predictions for individuals. And importantly, they’re BMI statistics, not body-fat-percentage statistics.
A major analysis covering more than 10 million people found:
BMI 25–27.5: 7% higher mortality risk.
BMI 27.5–30: 20% higher.
BMI 30–35: 45% higher.
BMI 35–40: 94% higher.
BMI 40–60: 176% higher.
All compared with BMI 22.5–25.
Another analysis of 900,000 adults found that BMI 30–35 was associated with 2–4 years shorter median survival, while BMI 40–45 was associated with 8–10 years shorter survival.
