Your own family come FIRST!
Little Movers began 14 years ago when that dreaded day arrived, my maternity pay was ending and I was due to return to work.
The thought of not taking my girls to school, not picking them up, not being the face they saw at sports day and the Nativity plays just made going back to work impossible for me.
My girls are now 14 and 17, I have enjoyed every school run, every school play, every sports day and I have just LOVED every school holiday.
Iโve also been the one to enjoy all of the cuddles when they havenโt been feeling their best!
I have been so very lucky to be at their side every day!
It's wonderful watching my franchisees grow their business but the real job satisfaction comes from knowing they are there for their own children. They are encouraged and fully supported by head office to put their own family first!
I am now in a lovely position to offer the flexible working hours that I enjoyed to more families across the UK.
