So much to reflect on, which I will cover in a separate video. This has gone down as one of the most memorable few days of my life. Massive credit and respect to and Col along with - without these 3 men the idea wouldn’t have even got off the ground.
Thankyou to each and every person who has sent us all messages and videos of support. The support has been overwhelming, I will get back to each and every person who has sent messages of support over the past few days. It really really didn’t go unnoticed and it was one of the main reasons why we kept ticking over each and every leg
Plenty content on this and more reflection to come soon ❤️

I love working with people like Dan, the level of trust he has in me is something to behold. Communication is very regular and on these event weeks… prior to a race we’re on a call making sure then plan is going to be executed to the best of our ability. The only way you’re going to get the highest value out of your coach is to fully trust them. To me this is how coaching should always be. Clear, concise, to the point whereby the client/athlete understands the work has been done. We can’t get any fitter and we shouldn’t aim to get any fitter in taper week. It’s about getting fresh, fuelled and mentally ready. At ease. This is the main job of the coach, to make sure all these things are in place.
He’s delivered again, over 6 minutes quicker than last time. Never in doubt🤝🏽
Get in touch, I’d love to have a chat with aspiring runners/athletes who want to work hard for it and break through some barriers properly📈

Pro Solo Debut - 1:11:04
I bang on about how endurance sports, racing and how you should regularly put yourself in a pit to bring out the worst and best in yourself. Today I did that again. Small debrief:
I camped out for 10 minutes on the sleds and my wall ball time was 6 minutes. My run time was sub 30 minutes and my functional was going on 36 minutes. Im happy because I know my running is there, I just need to get stronger and more powerful through my whole body.
I know exactly where I’m going
Thanks to for being my hypewoman and shoutout to all the and community for the support! It doesn’t go unnoticed and never ever will. Each and every person wants the best for eachother and I have no doubt, some people within our environment will get to a high level in this game. Just give us a few more years. The foundations are continuing to be set.
Huge summer of training ahead, feels like a big and important year in all aspects of my life and I’m ready for it.

Four of my 1:1 and online team progressing well in the 10k on Sunday at the Alderley Edge event.
Dan came into this race abit undercooked, or so he thought. After abit of well needed down time. No amount of reassurance, until he turned up on the day could sway his mind that he had a sub 37 in him. I’m really glad we proved himself wrong. Great run
Matt has continued to build the aerobic engine, we’re off the back of a marathon block. Now we can hold a harder effort for longer! It showed.
Molly has taken over 7 minutes off her 10k time since February. Which is really good going! What makes Molly great to work with is that she has the desire to get better and better after every passing training week! Big things coming.
Kyle recently has decided to take his endurance a lot more seriously, he’s had a solid block of building weekly volume whilst also realising how hard he actually has to work on his VO2max sessions. You’ve got to know your capabilities. Humbly building confidence.
Each and every person here we guided by a coach who is very passionate about their craft and the way they develop people. Every person was able to put themselves through the wringer due to a patient and steady build before the hammer was dropped. Periodised plans that progress with purpose always work. Training to an outcome in every session you do always works

Alderley Edge 10k - 35:46 chip time
Another stepping stone, I’m going to do everything in my power to make the plan come together this year. Happy with today👌🏽
Once again my team has delivered. We can’t wait to showcase the developments!
Great event as always

1 year Marathon Progression - 1:1 and Online client delivers for me yet again. This post doesn’t mention the changes in his work schedule over the last couple of months.
I’ve had a few people back out and pull the plug on their marathon training over the past 6 months. No matter how much I tried to talk them into keep sticking at it, their heads just weren’t in it.
However, there’s lads like Matt who are just all in on their goals. Once they get one in their head, they will do their upmost best to achieve it. This is why we have worked together for over 2 years and why he keeps delivering result after result.
It’s amazing how far he’s come, very very respectful what he’s pulled off.

Manchester Marathon results - the fellas have earnt the right to perform their victory lap around their home city. Very proud of these two. They have shown a healthy increase of weekly volume integrated with a strength + power focus in the weight room has which has allowed them to complete their first marathons.
is a busy guy working for himself and travels far and wide around the country as his day job but he still makes it work. We peaked running volume at 60km which has been a significant build for Matt. We have made that Sunday long run a non negotiable, he was aware what it took to make him not have a nightmare on the day. We’ve build a solid aerobic base for sure.
is a very hard worker, sometimes I have to reign him in as in the past he had the mindset that the harder your work the more you get out of it. Not necessarily, we have had chats about what defines hard work and what it actually means to do what’s required. In the endurance world, a lot of the time less (intensity) is more! Reece now understands the lower intensity work in the building phase is where the value comes from later on down the line… it gives you the right to move the needle further.
Both have been guided carefully, the plan worked. The coaching has worked. Proud to have been a part of it and played a role in such a great personal achievement. Not every day you run your first marathon!

Yes, this is how long a sustainable, truly life changing result takes. Rebecca has now lost over 93lbs (42kg) - swipe for her trying to pick up the weight she has lost with one hand. She can’t believe she used to carry that around!
The psychological change… I think in any transformation is overlooked by coaches and their ability to change a clients perspective on not just training and nutrition, but their outlook on life in general.
It comes down to how you need to present yourself day to day in order for you to have that change in behaviour and adhere to good habits. Making the right decisions when the coach isn’t there.
Safe to say, I’m proud of what we have achieved. I will keep banging the drum. Stick to something for long enough, hire someone you know and trust that they can get the job done for you. Don’t let your head fall off when somebody is telling you the hard truth, it’s because they have genuine empathy and want the best for you.
My passion is to show people what they’re capable of achieving and actually put that into action, making it a reality. The results speak for themselves
