The first Thursday practice at Norton St James Church WR5 2PX. What a lovely, calming space. If you are interested , it is at 6.30pm on a Thursday and your first class is a free taster.
My vinyasa practice is suitable for beginners and intermediate yogis and is a gentle flow on the breath to stretch the body and calm the mind.
If you love it, it's £10 a class or get a discounted pack of classes - 6 for the cost of 5.
