**KIDS MUAY THAI CLASS STARTS TONIGHT**
Come and bring your kids down to HFA for some fun, fitness, confidence building and self defence.
Pete is a very child friendly instructor as well as being an excellent coach!

Class starts at 5pm, 5yrs+ and is £6 for the session!

Morning all! Just a couple of things as we head into a new month…..

There is a new key code for the month, if you require the code, you can only get it through Mark, please do not ask anyone else for it or bother any of the other coaches for it. You can phone or message Mark on 07971737234 if you don’t already have his number. Please can anyone paying for the month do so in the first week 👍

Club hygiene. The lads have been doing a great job of keeping the floors mopped etc but we would like everyone to chip in and keep the place clean and tidy. Please take or bin any drinks bottles or other rubbish. Also keep Gi’s clean and don’t leave them on the floors etc in the gym. We welcome you to use the shower but please rinse down afterwards and though we have towels for emergencies, we would prefer for you to use your own and then take them home to be washed. And if you have been in training out of class time and leave puddles of sweat, please can you mop them up.

It’s the little things that make a big difference and makes the gym a more pleasant place to train in. Every little helps. Thank you 😊

TONIGHT we have Gi BJJ from 6pm.

Pete is also in with 121 Muay Thai sessions so if anyone fancies adding on, he’s still got a couple of slots available today and tomorrow, so give him or us a shout if you want to book in!
