Join our Women’s Kickboxing Class every Tuesday 10:00am – 11:00am at The Bar Gym Kickboxing School in Worthing.

Led by Sensei Nick Murphy Brewer, a lifelong martial artist with Black Belts in four disciplines, you’ll learn from an instructor with decades of experience and a passion for helping students of all abilities succeed.

Another fantastic day of kickboxing at Titan’s Collide II. A superbly organised event that brought together clubs from across the country in an atmosphere built on respect, sportsmanship and high standards.

A special mention to our brother Jack Davies from Nam Yang Brighton. As always, it was a pleasure travelling together, and he did an excellent job officiating the round robin alongside myself and Scott Hughes from Total Power Team.

One of the highlights of the day was meeting the phenomenal Michael “Venom” Page. A true superstar of the sport and an absolute gentleman.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to our resident Sensei Brad Paul. Your encouragement, care and exceptional work as a corner man never go unnoticed. We’re proud to have you by our side.

We eagerly anticipate the next one. This was easily one of our favourite events to attend—professionally run, exceptionally organised and held to the highest standards. Nothing but good things to say.

The Bar Gym Inter-Club – Saturday 16th May 2026

Two weeks have now passed since our Light Contact Inter-Club event at The Bar Gym, organised by The Bar Kickboxing School, and it’s only right that we take a moment to recognise everyone who helped make the day such a success.

Events like these are built on the spirit of martial arts community, sportsmanship, and teamwork. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to every club, coach, competitor, volunteer, and staff member who contributed to a fantastic day of learning, development, and friendly competition.
