🏓 Finding an exercise that you enjoy is the BIG PROBLEM.
How many people can actually say they love going to the gymâť“
How many people buy an expensive gym membership only for the enthusiasm to fly away in just a few weeksâť“
When was the last time you had a meaningful conversation with a stranger in the gymâť“
Despite their popularity gyms are strangely disconnected from a community togetherness.
Finding an exercise that makes your heart sing. That’s the goal.
Funding an exercise that can grow old with you.
The best exercise isn’t necessarily the one that exhausts you the most but rather the one that makes you keep coming back to.
Waiting for that one exercise is time we don’t have. As we age our muscles weaken. Our minds fracture. Mobility deteriorates.

In its short existence Pingsters Table Tennis Club has become a fun, social, community driven, non profit and voluntary sports club whereby its members have formed a cultural, warm and friendly playing ethos in its approach. Our little sporting project has a backbone consisting of a small group of individuals who love this game to such an extent that their efforts to bring this game to a wider community are fuelled entirely by an altruistic desire. We are very proud to be an integral working cog under the bigger umbrella of clubs that form the Worthing and District Table Tennis Association which has been existence since 1949. That's a lot of history.
Another season is approaching with an air of unity, togetherness and that community spirit that makes sport so abundantly vital for physical health and mental clarity.
The league comprises of a handful of dedicated clubs that have many years of wisdom and insight. We are the new kids on the block, therefore we are still learning. But what we do know is that we are stronger together.
Please reach out to Woodlands Table Tennis Club, West Worthing Table Tennis Club, Steyning Table Tennis Club, Lancing Table Tennis Club or West Chiltington Table Tennis Club if you would like to play Table Tennis either recreationally or competitively.
